Step by step

Share a progress card on social media

Use these steps in the app at your own pace.

    Choose a recap

    When share cards are available, open Progress and choose the week recap, achievement or streak you want to celebrate.

  2. 02

    Preview your card

    Review the card before sharing so you’re happy with the progress and details it shows.

  3. 03

    Share it your way

    Choose Instagram, WhatsApp or X from the share options, then finish your post in that app. Sharing should feel like an invitation to celebrate, never an obligation.
