1. Who we are

Dalycs is a productivity and daily planning service operated from Nigeria. For the purposes of the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, Dalycs is the data controller for personal data collected through our website and apps.

2. Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, profile details, goals, routines, tasks, progress records, accountability connections, subscription information, support messages and basic device or usage information needed to operate and secure Dalycs.

If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and may record the referral page or campaign that brought you to us. We do not store full payment card details; payments are processed by our payment providers.

3. Google Calendar data

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Dalycs reads the calendar information needed to show your events inside your daily plan and help you avoid scheduling conflicts. We do not sell Google Calendar data, use it for advertising or share it for unrelated purposes. You can disconnect your calendar at any time.

4. How we use your information

• Provide, personalise and maintain Dalycs.
• Sync your plans, routines and connected calendars.
• Process subscriptions and provide customer support.
• Send product, security and launch communications you request.
• Understand performance, prevent abuse and improve our service.
• Meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations.

5. Our lawful bases

Depending on the context, we process personal data to perform our contract with you, with your consent, to comply with law, or for legitimate interests such as securing and improving Dalycs where those interests do not override your rights.

6. When we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us host, secure, analyse, communicate and process payments for Dalycs; with people or teams you deliberately choose to share progress with; or where required by law. Service providers may process data only under our instructions and appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

7. International transfers and retention

Some providers may process information outside Nigeria. Where this happens, we use safeguards required by applicable data protection law. We retain information only for as long as needed to provide Dalycs, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. You may request deletion at any time.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your sign-in details private.

9. Your rights

Subject to the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal data, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

10. Children

Dalycs is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and remove it.

11. Changes and contact
