Terms of Service
Effective 5 October 2026 · These terms govern your access to and use of Dalycs.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Dalycs, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Using Dalycs
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use Dalycs in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access it unlawfully, introduce harmful code, reverse engineer protected parts, or use Dalycs to violate another person's rights.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the plans, tasks, goals and other content you add. You give us permission to host, process, back up and display that content only as needed to provide and improve Dalycs. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit and share it.
5. Subscriptions and launch pricing
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods and included features will be shown before purchase. “Launch pricing” may be changed for future purchases with reasonable notice. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes and payment-provider terms may apply.
6. Connected services
Dalycs may connect with services such as Google Calendar. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms. Calendar data is read only to show your events and support your planning; it is never sold. You can revoke a connection through Dalycs or the provider.
7. Intellectual property
Dalycs, including its software, brand, designs and original content, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Dalycs reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may change as the product develops. We may suspend access where necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or suspected misuse.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Dalycs helps with planning and productivity but does not guarantee particular personal, health, financial or business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Dalycs is provided “as is,” and our liability for indirect, consequential or special loss is excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Dalycs or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, unlawful use, security risk or where required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute in good faith before formal proceedings.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will provide appropriate notice of material changes. If you continue using Dalycs after an update takes effect, the revised Terms apply. Questions can be sent to support@dalycs.com.
